D-Link (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Honble High Court of Judicature of Bombay, Goa has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Smartlink Network Systems Limited and D-Link (India) Limited ("Company") and their respective shareholders and creditors, vide its orders dated February 27, 2009. Certified copies of the aforementioned orders were made available to the Company on March 05, 2009. The Scheme of Arrangement shall become effective after satisfaction of the conditions set out in the clause 36 of the Scheme, including receipt of approvals from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board and the Reserve Bank of India.
