Aries Agro Limited has informed the Exchange that in the Board Meeting held on March 05, 2009, Dr. Jimmy Mirchandani has been elected as the Chairman of the Company. Consequently his designation stands changed to Chairman & Managing Director. Further, Mr. Akshay Mirchandani has been appointed as the Director of the Company. Mr. Akshay Mirchandani is the son of the Chairman & Managing Director, Dr. Jimmy Mirchandani and he has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
