Aries Agro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2009, Dr. Jimmy Mirchandani has been elected as the Chairman of the Company. Consequently his designation stands changed to Chairman & Managing Director.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Akshay Mirchandani has been appointed as the
Director of the Company. Mr. Akshay Mirchandani is the son of the Chairman & Managing Director, Dr. Jimmy Mirchandani and he has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
