Titan Industries Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Company has received order of the High Court, Karnataka in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation of Companys subsidiary company viz., Titan Holdings Ltd., with the Company. With this, the Scheme of Amalgamation of the three domestic subsidiary Companies, viz., Samrat Holdings Ltd, Questar Investments Ltd and Titan Holdings Ltd (transferor Companies) with Titan Industries Ltd (transferee Company) is complete and implemented.
