Skyline Millars Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ashok J Patel, Chairman of the Company has decided to resign as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. (i.e. February 20, 2009).
He will continue to be a Director on the Board of the Company.
