With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 28, 2009 regarding Appointment of Director, Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Amitabha Guha has informed the Company that in view of his provision of employment with State Bank of India, it will not be possible for him to take up the position of Additional Director of the Company.
