Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2009, has considered and approved a proposal to merge its wholly owned subsidiaries in USA i.e. Zensar ThoughtDigital LLC and Zensar OBT Technologies Inc with Zensar Technologies Inc.
