Chemcel Bio-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2009, on recommendation of Remuneration committee, passed a resolution for Re-appointment of Shri. K Balakrishna Rao as Executive Chairman, Shri. K T Vijaya Kumar as Managing Director and Shri. K C S Prasad as Director (Productions) for a Period of Two years on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the resolution.
