Info Edge (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to the Regulation - 8A of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, company have received confirmation from the Promoters and their group that they have not pledged or hypothecated any of their shares in the Company i.e. 14,779,406 shares aggregating to 54.15% of the total equity of the Company. They have not alienated their interest or sold any of the aforesaid holding since July 1, 2008.
