The Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Digvijay Investments Limited, Promoter of the Company vide letter dated 02.02.2009 had notified that 9,71,115 equity shares of Rs.10/- each held by them in the Company representing 3.77% of the equity share capital were pledged on 17.01.2009 in favour of IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited for the benefit of International Finance Corporation and DEG-Deutsche Investitions-Und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH.
