There are news that Hinduja may buy all Cash majority in satyam at Rs.85.Board of Hinduja has already discussed internally and would be meeting sebi very soon to offer this price
Though the company has posted a good profit and is growing, its trading volumes are pathetic but the fall has been severe for no reasons. I do not know is there any deliberate attempt to spread panic by selling few shares to create panic among investors? The management should complain to SEBI and investigate the sellers who are in hand.
