Granules India Limited has informed the Exchange that 1) Mr. Philip Brian Logan was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company at the Board Meeting held on January 29, 2009; 2) Mr. Stephen R Olsen, Director had tendered his resignation from the Board at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 29, 2009 and the same was accepted by the Board ;and 3) Consequent upon the resignation of Mr. Stephen R Olsen, Director, Mr. Nelson David Corda, Alternate Director to Mr. Stephen R Olsen also vacated office w.e.f. January 29, 2009.
