Simplex Projects Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2009 considered the shifting of the office premises to 19, Nellie Sengupta Sarani (S. S. Hogg Market), 3rd Floor, Kolkata 700 087 to be designated as the Corporate Office of the Company with effect from February 2, 2009. As required under Section 209 of the Companies Act, 1956, henceforth the Books of Accounts of the Company shall be maintained at the Corporate Office of the Company. However, the Registered Office of the Company shall remain at the earlier address situated at 12/1, Nellie Sengupta Sarani, Kolkata 700 087 and all correspondence as earlier, shall be addressed to the Registered Office only.
