Ivr Prime Urban Developers Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. P. Vijaya Bhaskar who was appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. January 31, 2009 in place of Mr. K. Krishna, Joint General Manager (Finance) & Company Secretary, who resigned and relieved with effect from February 01, 2009. Mr. P. Vijaya Bhaskar has also been nominated as Compliance Officer with effect from January 31, 2009.
