Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2009, inter alia, has considered the shifting of the office premises to 19, Nellie Sengupta Sarani (S S Hogg Market), 3rd Floor, Kolkata 700 087 to be designated as the Corporate Office of the Company with effect from February 02, 2009.
However, the Registered Office of the Company shall remain at the earlier address situated at 12/1, Nellie Sengupta Sarani, Kolkata 700 087 and all correspondence as earlier, shall be addressed to the Registered Office only.
