Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2009, has renewed the contract of service of Mr. R G Chandramogan, Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. K S Thanarajan, Joint Managing Director with effect from April 01, 2009 and March 31, 2009 respectively for a period of 5 years, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General meeting.
