Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board at its meeting held on January 28, 2009 has declared an interim dividend of 50%, i.e. Rs.1.00 per share on the equity share of Rs.2/- each for the year to end on March 31, 2009 and has fixed February 14, 2009 as the record date for determining the names of the Members of the Company who will be entitled to receive the interim dividend.
