Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2009, inter alia, has declared an Interim dividend of 50%, i.e. Rs 1.00 per share on the Equity Share of Rs 2/- each for the year to end on March 31, 2009.
