Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that due to necessity of more space in view of increase in volume of business, the management of the Company has decided to shift the Office to a most spacy place situated a 19, Nellie Sengupta Sarani, (S.S. Hogg Market), 3rd Floor, Kolkata - 700 087.
In this regard, the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on January 30, 2009, inter alia, to discuss about the new office premises of the Company to be designated as Corporate Office.
However, the registered office of the Company shall remain at the earlier address situated at 12/1, Nellie Sengupta Sarani, Kolkata - 700 087.
