Nippo Batteries Co. Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting held on January 22, 2009, following changes have been approved: 1) Mr. H. Ogami has been resigned from the Board with effect from January 22, 2009. 2) Mr. Hiroshi Sugimura has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company in place of Mr. H. Ogami with effect from January 22, 2009.
