HTMT Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company at its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 27, 2008, has resolved to change the name of the Company from "HTMT Global Solutions Ltd" to "Hinduaja Global Solutions Ltd".
on application of the Company, the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, has approved the change the name of the Company viz: from HTMT Global Solutions Ltd to Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd, by issues of Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 24, 2008. The intimation of the said approval has been received by the Company on January 06, 2009.
