Htmt Global Solutions Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the shareholders of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2008 have resolved to change the name of the Company from HTMT Global Solutions Limited to Hinduja Global Solutions Limited. On application by the Company, the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, has approved the change in the name of the Company viz: from HTMT Global Solutions Limited to Hinduja Global Solutions Limited, by issue of Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 24, 2008. The intimation of the said approval has been received at the Companies end on January 06, 2009.
