Aztecsoft Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to order passed by the Honorable High Court of Karnataka in Company Application 862/2008, the shareholders and unsecured creditors attended their respective Court Convened meetings held on December 22, 2008. The shareholders and unsecured creditors approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aztecsoft Ltd with MindTree Ltd and passed the requisite resolutions listed as the agenda.
