I am proud to be the share holder of your original venture viz Bharti Telecom Limited
( BTL). It was my innate trust in your virgin venture that made me refuse to sell the shares in response to your buy back offer made time and again since 1997.
I have just received letter from Bharti overseas trading co offering to buy shares of BTL @400 per shares . However BTL is the major shareholder in Bharti Airtel Ltd since BTL is having 86crore shares in Bharti Airtel Ltd price of it ruling at 840 rs in NSE. So the book value of 1 shares of BTL around 35000 rs a share. I appeal to you that original share holder of BTL should get fair price of their holding.
Now just look what other industrialist have given to their shareholder & what you have given in last 15 years .
It is very strange that your both company have not given A SINGLE PAISA TO SHARE HOLDER. I will ask CII members how you have choosen Sunil bhari mittal as president

I too hold 100 nos Bharti Telecom Ltd, the flagship company i presume. Minority share holders are not paid a dime for the last several years inspite of such top grade enterpreneurs on the helf of affairs. Please let me know if you have receive any offers from them or any share brokers entrusted for buy back
I too hold 100 nos Bharti Telecom Ltd, their flagship company i presume. Why dont they shed few crores to make the poor shareholders happy. BTL is worth over 80,000 crores today and to pay the minority shareholders, they need few crores.
