Salary is a function of biz model and pricing and comparative cost for competitor. If you pay double of a what a already loss making competitor was paying you are sowing the seeds in a manner of speaking of trouble.
But that is not the only cause ..

you seem to be consistently pointing at high salaries of KFA staff. what is the comparison? it is supposed be an international carrier where the salary range is much bigger than that meets our eye.

At last, the dream come true is happening to the employees of the KFA and it is everybody`s wish that this should materialise soon to mitigate the sufferings of the employees.
