Most probably we may see a spike in stock market in 2013 which may head/cover 22000 level.All the local & global news are already discounted in the market now.Any good news from regulatory or market may spike the market here onwards.

Investers be careful there is no mercy by frauds even on investments in pention, childplan etc. Frauds may come in any time and vanish in the moment. In USA many people who were to take retirement were forced to work few more years becuase finanacial collapse in 2008-09.
