Yes.The FM should woo the rural population by giving all possible means.but it should not be on the expense of the poor salaried class who could not hide their income in income tax statements.We know that the servants of Indian population Viz. ministers,M P s,M L A s are exempted from paying income tax.No mechanism to assess the income of highly paid advocates,Doctors having private practice,large business houses etc.The income by means of scam, Bribery, and the donations by legal or illegal means from foreign countries in the name of social or religious activity including terrorism has no limit and no tax.Suffer the poor rural population and the poor tax payers including our armed force personals who look after the nation for this kind of looting.

The other day, on Headlines Today, MSA, was on RTH programme. One aged gentleman asked him, how the government caring for OLD ppl paying taxes for last 50-60 years, instead of giving the DIRECT answer to the relevant concern, he started talking like a politician, that how govt. was concerned about all ppl. Looking to this, the scams, I second U. on NOT PAYING TAXES, and Anna or some leader like him must carry out CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE MOVEMENT akin to G@ndhi (INDIA) and/or Henery David Thoreau (USA).

There are more areas to locate and to identify more and more people, earning huge money and above the tax exempting limit. As patriotic citizens they should come forward to remit tax to brighten the Nation. If tax would be collected from them properly, no need to dump tax again and again on the same heads and backs mercilessly. But the center is lazy. Hence loading new taxes repeatedly on the same crippled categories.
