It has fallen short of addressing almost all the main issues which the Railways are confronted with today and can be summed up as a disappointing budget.
it did not address the basic issues like even have escalaters in big stations like delhi - new delhi - wheel chairs on every platform , hygeine - even the toilets at the platforms r dirty and filthy - for every one to see - senior citizens r put to great inconvenience - safety - punctuality
This Budget can not be said a Good Budget. Prices are hiked very Cleverly. No Person Book Ticket without a intention to Go anywhere. When a Person Book Ticket Railway he/she will have to pay More Reservation Charges. No Concentration on Shortcomings of Operation. No Hope For Bright Future of Railway.
all countries are developing with latest technologies ,but our india still depending on Britishers railway lines ,how do u we develop? every country now introducing bullet trains and hifi technologies we still on express trains!!!!! and its a worst railway budget from the last 5 years , definitely this budget will have more losses for railways and gainers for political leaders

It is normal budget which is been presented over 60 years. Need revolutionary according to the modern needs.....Need to learn from China which achieved in the last 15 to 20 years...Need to focus on getting more profits and intern utilize for further expansion. Cannot always be populist, subsidised....Need to foccs on service at the cost of pricing.
