It is definitely a failure on the part of railways and government is no less responsible. It is not only poor maintainance of railway property but also very poor managemwnt of crowds of piligrimage . It clearly indicates we build structures of low quality .

No, it is a failure of individuals as in the name of god why all people aregathered at a once, in the name religion/god one cannot stand a area which is beyond its capacity, design and inspection was any railway equipment or construction is excellent
