He should be put to death. 35 years` jail means he stays and dies in jail. What is the point of keeping these terrorists in the jail? They only want to destroy all good things and kill other men. They are burden to common man`s pocket till they ultimately die after n number of years! Besides, he can escape after a few years and it is injustice to the dead.

35 years is not small term. let salman khurshid mind the judicial system in INDIA and clear the hurdles in it.

India must concentrate on the cases of terrorism and rape cases lying in the indian courts for a speedy trial.i t took years to finalise kasabs hanging,which should have been done within few months after a fair trial.Let us do our homwork first before doing international observer.

He got maximum punishment from US. If the trial is in India, it is very difficult to convince our judiciary about his involvement and awarding punishment. If at he is punished terrorists will set him free from Indian prison by hijacking a plane or by conducting abduction drama of a minister`s daughter. Therefore as far as he is in American jails his threat can be avoided from all over the world. If Americans do the mistake of handing him over to India, they should initiate fresh efforts to nab him after he escapes from India.
