No increase in property prices as they are very high and beyond affordability of mango man. Every bit of money which could be snached from buyer is bieng taken by developers. Now market will have to adjust to buyers need and pocket.

Most of the land already cornered by influential politician, land mafia and bureaucrats.The bill will only increase their wealth exponentially as none of the serious user will able to acquire land due to provision made in the bill.
