Present day India is symbolised by what is happening at outr Highway Toll Plazas. The tolls are only for the Aam Aadmi ( Non VIp Indians ). The do called VIP s are exempted from payment of Toll Tax. Similar , laws against economic offences / Immoral practices are meant only for Ordinary Indians. VIP Indians are exempt.
