Good morning.

When I roll back my memories I recall that, last time too, I was quite vocal in saying that, we should not apply pressure tactics. Since there is a provision for PM, E.nail, reminders we should try not to resort to any other method. But again, many times more than me and you, it ought to be for MMB Moderator sir not to entertain such alternative and clear the passage for ever. It unnessarily makes us to harp on the same point again and again without there being any meaningful result.

Having said it, I am always for the peace and total harmony to prevail across the MMB. To my mind, there is no substitute.

sharmajee U hv same views as mine as far as power of MOD is there but then wt do u say when boarders of a group always put pressures on MOD by way of P.M.,Email,reminders and even sending SOS.Do u endorse such pressure tactics of that group?

Giving a broader view, as I can read, it is an irony that, we as boarders, are inflicted by class - conflict which has largely battered the overall situation. Not that, there is lack of MMB Moderator sir or for that matter those who contribute in their small small way, but, many times more than MMB, you and me, it is for the boarders themselves that they rise about petty differences and give a nice "treat" as it deserves. However, each one of us should not lag behind, remain focussed as an individual contributor and leave the rest to MMB Moderator for its wit n wisdom to prevail.

Dear MD,

No doubts, at the end of the day, plenty of them in us rise to the occasion and realize that there is no substitute for peace and being friendly with everybody. But, by that time, it is too late.

Better be in time and attempt each kind of coolant to see that, I am never the victim of arrogance and nefarious designs. It is the constructive energy (within) which needs to be harnessed.

However, I have since noticed that you have also chosen to change your nick-pic. And it has indeed saddened me.

You are one of the few boarders here who have appeared under your authentic names - a trend which should always be encouraged. It is sad that your feelings have touched the present low - all because someone chose to target the nic-picture of a happy child-girl (wearing spaghetti T-shirt) with obnoxious comments.

Please get out of your present feelings - respond with moral strength (that you no-doubt have) with a re-uploading of the same happy-girl, that pic was indeed lovely.
