What Govt will do? The govt itself or the aviation ministry itself is unmanageable or can be blamed of mismanagement if we see AIR INDIA. comparatively, I feel rather hopeful for KFA under the circumstances.
Hence, there is no question for the govt to step forward and take some responsibilities to mitigate things. And I don`t think the management may defer to their commitments as long as they have the assurances of the same from the employees, as well.

What employees have been able to do to recover their salaries for last seven months. Even the government has not taken any steps for the recovery of the employees dues from VM. Now the management want to have committment from the employees before they make even any part payment to them against their dues, and there is not surety that the payment will be done to them. Is the government going to stand gurantee for the committment made by the management. And, if do not keep their committment, what will happen.
