This is heinous crime and a strong punishment is required so that no body else can dare to adopt such practice which is detrimental to investors interest.
A crime is a crime and strict punishment under law should be enforced to teach lession. If laws are made then no body should be above law , if things gets diluted then later on there will not be any punishment for any crime, that is wrong signal.
