from 42% to 51% which clearly indicates the levels of promoters` confidence.They are silently accumulating without selling a single share which is beneficial to all we minority shareholders as we get the same benefits as the promoters are going to get including Spl. Dividend,Bonus and Rights shares before during AGM as Diwali Gift

I fully agree with your view is "TO ACCUMULATE` and be eligible to receive the Gift of 250% which will work out a dividend yield of 9% which is very good for one month which works out to 100% per annum which is indeed very good better than Fixed Deposit apart from expected Bonus or Rights shares very soon

Management has already doubled its Dividend payout by declaring 250% as against previous dividend of 125%. That clearly shows that it is not a Chore Co. as predicted by some of the boarders here-cum-shortsellers who have heavily sold with these types of wrong rumours. Today it touched 343 its high price wherefrom these shortsellers have started selling heavily but very soon they will pay heavy penalty as once the high net worth individuals and who are the genuine long term investors are fully aware of this 250% dividend i.e. Rs.25 per share-start again buying the price will zoom to 500+ very soon. You also see the detailed analysis of the Results published apart from 250% dividend, the promoters have increased their stake from 42% to 51% whereas the general public who are not fully aware of the excellent potentials of the Co. have reduced their shareholding from 57% to 49%. This clearly shows the confidence of the promoters in the Co. Dividend is not the only one thing to be judged but they may give BONUS and Rights at cheaper rate in due course. Under these circumstances it is a good buy around 310
