Politicians hv accountability....they come back to u every 5 years to evaluate their work based on which u select or reject them for further term.....the only thing is we should take pains and reject them....Are we going to do this

The reasons are :

There is NO accountablity of the politicians.
There is NO right to recall your vote.

what prevails now is "its not the voters who decide on who wins, its the people who count the votes"

the right to recall works where there are only a few voters....here 60%voter do not go to vote....how can they claim right to recall when they were not the one who elected the person....Our consitution is quite strong and fulproof....but we should not blame leaders for our lethargy if they take advantage of it.....just promoise today that next time u will go for vote...encourage others to vote right person

I believe Kejriwal. He has built trust among people by his deeds unlike ganhi clan who just want to rob India by any available means. Others should learn from him.

Mr Khemka was at this posting for last 6 month or more....He never took not of such misdeed under his juridiction...his transfer order was signed on 11th while he canceled the deal on 12th....What he was doing till Arvind exposed the wrong doing...perhaps sleeping and once he came to know about his transfer..he acted to show that he is victimesed....he was tranfered 43 times in 20 years....no officer is transfered so many times but it seems he is a inefficient officer with proven track record of inefficiency....43 transfers says all this....

There is no impropriety in the ordres issued by Mr khemka. His representation on this transfer was lying with the Chief Sectery who gave an appointment to Mr khemka to meet him on 15th october. It implies that the Chief Sectery accepted Mr Khemka on duty till he had relinquished the charge of all the posts with him, which is the normal practice in government. In any case all orders issued by an officer are valid, legal and genuine till he holds the charge of the post that makes him competant to issue orders for the functions of that post. Therefore the competance of Mr Khemka to issue orders cant be questioned. His ordrers issued in the case of Robert Vadara properties could , however be examined only on the grounds of there being correct in terms of the existing rules . His competance to issue orders for the fuctions of the post held by him till he held the charge is beyond question.

It appears that the questions on his (Khemka`s) competance to issue orders on the face of a transfer order are being raised to sideline the main issue. The main issue here is to get clarification on astronomical growth of Vadra`s wealth.
