Indian test team may need a change in captain if not for ODI & T20I teams. Dhoni was never a good test player, forget being a good test captain.

Dhoni has been riding his luck; he doesn`t have a strategy or game-plan. It`s always a case of cutting your feet to fit the shoes. And that clown Shrikanth being at the helm didn`t help matters any!

I doubt whether Kirstan was the man behind all the success of Indian Team.Because when he departed Our captain as well as team becomes earlier Indian Team.

Theory of diminishing returns aptly applies here. For improvement of the game, young ideas,daring and dashing decisions are required.

Certainly. Diminishing returns have already been placed in our cricket. Old coin, how much worth it is, never perform well in the emerging dynamic market. Dhoni must be replaced with an young 20-25 age group guy for better play.

Dont forget Dhoni is the most consistant performer as a captain and as a player. India is a poor performer in T20 has along way to go. Look at our records in T20 before critising Dhoni. Sehwag performs best in test cricket and to some extent in one dayers his T20 record is also very poor and his captaincy record? Have a look yourself. I love Sehwag and his batting style but records speak for it self.

There is nothing wrong with Dhoni"s captaincy. In fact Dhoni should be given a free hand to choose T20 team.

Its not a bad Idea to change the captain. Others will get a chance to lead and the game should not be captain dependent. Long term captaincy only adds up to more endorsemwents than to the game.
