This is India Here might is right . The compny promotars hold all the money power that regulates every regulator. It iis the poor shareholder who `s rights suffer in the game played by the promoters and their nexus with different authorities and exploitation of the process of courts. I suggest u to write the matter to SEBI and the ministry of company affairs about the acts and deeds of the promoters that they are niether submitting the accounts with the exchanges nor informing any thing to the shareholders. Rather they are successful in getting the company suspended under the garb of DEFAULT and get it de-listed from the stock Exchange. Well I am also a shareholder of this company and I am also writing to SEBI (UK Sinha Ji) for taking action against such companies who play games with the shareholders. They must now be involved in manipulating the assets of the company. Specially the Indage House a property of the company in Mumbai which the promoters may be trying to shift it in their personal names or their other companies.

Lost 50000Rs in this company. Bogus company. I dont why SEBI has not taken any actions
