shanth sir why u relying on others for info. u just download the annual report of 2011 - 2012 and its mentioned that tci is holding 1.5 cr shares of amritjal. if u r holding tci then u can also mail them asking how much stake they have in amritjal.

I have no doubt that tci is holding amritjal but the stake is 10% and not 30 or 40 like some others says.
