Dear Nadhi jee,

You see, there have been several attempts rather they are in place where those who fight for the public cause but they are derailed by the vested interests. It is not that we do not deserve a better deal on the part of our leaders, the problem is that common man has learned to live with the on going situation ; none of us want to be the victim in rising inflation, bad governance, corruption and all the in-convenience which we are made to face as citizens.

National interest is not in the agenda of most of the leaders at least. They have s different set of records and credentials. Acid tests have a different interpretation in their dictionary.

The question that comes to my mind when ever we talk of the present day politics is whether we deserve only these types of leaders.

Yes.In longterm this may yield results but currently it is unsustainable burden for a common man.

Indeed they are. The long term consequences of these reforms are being neglected and UPA is trying to woo the voters with short term consequences.

Reforms as such are great but the politicians are using Reform platform to fill there pockets with 1000`s of crores and harming the country in big way.
