it must be not less than 12 cyl in yr . 6 cyl is suitable only for whom who avails more than hundred of facilities from govt. like perks in various modes ....MLA, MP, & HIGH PROFILE personalities who do not know the what is bread & butter. for a common income family a lot of difficulties to manage kitchen ...govt has no guaranty that how much & which type of lpg cyl are being supplied in market...there are more than 35% less weigth in a cyl .. than it should be ...how it can be managed.
