it is sad to know that even educational institutions want to be in news n limelight somehow or the other.........the college should have thought about these before allowing him to go on leave to play the game, not harass this way after he has given his best and returned with gr8 honours.................

Bcoz its rule of the college and he is signatory to it. Simple. But considering his achievement college should reframe the rules for such sportspersons (of allowing relaxation in attendance, flexible exam and session timings etc etc) for sports persons.

Students who are good for nothing, and do not have required attendance, warned, pardened and then allowed to sit for the exams..........then why not a person who has achieved so much for the country, though not as a college representative?

No way..the boy has done the country proud but the school have got their set of rules..he has got other ways to attend exam. Distance education is the most suitable for the guys like him who have got other interests which demands lot of time..we wish the guy all the best. ..

Very unfortunate that most of the people feel that Unmukth should be allowed to write exams despite lack of attendance. One side we scream that rules should be same for all irrespective of their political or celebrity status, other side when it comes to situations like this we want rules to be exempted
