The surname no doubt creates an impression- positive OR negative but the performance is NOT linked to the surname. NOT all Tatas /Birlas/ Kirloskars/Modis/Sundarams /Ambhanis....are successful in what they are doing and others are no less successful..!! So Cyrus can do better than Tata also ..
