MBA is the most lucrative course that`s one reason that only 21% are employable in India because every one wants to hava a MBA degree without giving a second thought that whether they are capable of withstanding the demands and challenges of a Managerial job that`s why 79 % hold a MBA degree but do not possess the required skill.

quality of education to be developed.... institutions are not able to get good faculties.... dedication towards learning more to be inculcated with the students...... professional colleges affiliated to the universities are just looting and many employed staff are studying on part time courses just to get some allowances from their employers.... but if you can take the data only from the top 50 institutions the ratio will be much higher.....

Even chidambaram isa king when the world economy is going well. SAme way all these MBAs are great when the econmy is going well. They will realise that it is not the MBAs which run businesses successfully but it is the common sense.

The quality of MBAs and institutions are not good at all. They are lacking knowledge and not adding any value to the profitability of the company.

MBA has failed as the most lucrative profession because of the number of institutes that have mushroomed all over the country to make a fast buck, hence devaluing the course by diluting its content too.

for the last 12 years inthe name of education vast chunk of land acquired by mafias and opened engineering shops to dump black money putting the nation in the cycle of black money generation in education. Due to vast population this worked very well. No Medical colleges. The ruling party is responsible for this national chaos. to whom to say. Our Pm has no magic wand he has only political compulsions..... 80% of our engineering graduates do not know to use different measuring instruments.. do not know what is engineering .. pathetic conditions... let almighty come and save our country !!!!

There are 2 reasons really.

1. Most MBAs are 90% theoretical and less than 10% Practical. Except IIMs and a few premier institutions like ISB. So, their efficiency as Managers is much less than that of Premier Institutions.

2. The country is not developing Fast enough to absorb either MBAs or technical Graduates fully. If development is Happening - more MBAs from More colleges will exert themselves more to acquire practical knowledge and more of leadership qualities.
