I had received letters from the company on the re-allocation of NAGARFERT shares. Nagarjuna fertilizers has amalgamated into Nagarjuna Oils. Awaiting the listing of this company...

As far as I know this company has delisted itself from exchanges. I have some open poitions in this, but don`t know about the refund process.

I have a stock named as Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd, which I have since 2008 with average cost of Rs 41/-.... This stock shows no change since so many days.... Can anyone tell me what has happened to this stock or what shall I do with it(hold/sell) ?
