Promoter holding is only around 4% in this counter.
44% Foreign GDRs may be controlled by promoters
But definitely not owned by promoters, our Sandy K Chandra is the (only) promoter, out of his 4% holding
85% is pledged.
All the money is already made is this in the year of 2007 and 2008, the current share holders are the biggest looser’s, as the dirtiest CEO ever Mr. Sandy K Chnadra has nothing to loose in this. He never shows
his *** in india.
