What is your criteria for having faith or trust in the company to invest? It should ideally be Management credibility, Governance, Transparency, returns over the last few years etc.,

any idea why these PE guys do not buy MARG instead of the Karaikal Port; if indeed there is so much extra deep value in Marg .. or are we missing something.

No one has any idea on open offer. The top management is not coming out and showing any transperancy at all. They must clarify the status of open offer status on top priority. 3 replies
