I would request all of you new comers to visit the PMC website and read the investor sections. You will see that most of the the data is as out dates as 2013. In some cases they have uploaded blank forms into the site just to show that they are maintaining the investor relation. Unfortunately, for them they have to do the bare minimum that SEBI wants to see or else they will be penalized or barred. That is why they do the bare minimum updates. For any company to be listed in NSE, it has to showcase a lot of professionalism and discipline. Investor relation is the most important thing for a trading company. But, see if your your own eyes the shabbiness of the data on the website so you will know for yourself. NSE listing is no way closer to reality as far as the discipline and the attitude goes. Recommendation is, do not believe any news until it actually happens. You can always invest when the prices are rising.
